Hi all!<BR><BR>I have an IBM T41p that is making a sound similar to "wrrrrrrrrrrrrrr". It comes from the left side of the laptop, just by the shift key.

At that price I'd go for the T41p, at the very least you'll be able to sell if for more than you paid for it, or damn near to it, if you decide you don't like it or want to upgrade in a year or so ...
