The Creative SXFI amp is a brilliant little DAC and headphone amp that produces beautiful music and has that 7.1 surround sound technology that works well with some gaming consoles.

Aside from the disappointment with SXFI, the DAC is excellent, among the best I've tried. It doesn't completely destroy the X3 as a recommendation, but it certainly stops it from achieving top marks.
