Researchers say findings can lay foundation for future studies into complex social structures of marine ecosystems

Researchers Dr Olaf Meynecke from Griffith University in Australia, and Olivia Crawley, spent six months studying 197 videos of whales and dolphins interacting, from 17 different countries over the last 20 years.
