Susan Clink von Hellens, 80, of Scottsdale, passed away peacefully on September 7, 2023, at home with her family by her side. Susan was born May 22, 1943, in Manhattan to Jack and Pauline Clink.

Susan von Seggern used a $10,000 inheritance to buy a convertible and start saving for a home. She turned her initial inheritance into significant wealth, investing in property and a brokerage.
