Super Mario World 's plot hasn't been revealed yet. In fact, very little, aside from the film's title, has been unveiled — and NBC deleted that in its follow-up press release.

In Mario vs. Donkey Kong: Minis March Again!, Pauline is kidnapped once more by an enraged DK, upset that he's missed out on a theme park opening.

After playing Donkey Kong Bananza, it sure seems like the game is a prequel to Super Mario Odyssey, and the DK series as a whole.
