The 1990 factory-new list price of a King Air 350 was $3.75 million, according to the Aircraft Bluebook. In 2020, the King Air 350i listed at $7.8 million.

The Super King Air's design has undergone several refinements over the years. The Model 200 featured a longer fuselage than its predecessors, allowing for more comfortable passenger accommodation.

Part of the increase was attributed to the strong demand for Model 350 Super King Air which would replace the Model 300 as the company's top-of-the-line King Air.
