The annual art contest is now open through 5 p.m. April 11. Participants are asked to create a logo highlighting the importance of strawberries as the Pajaro Valley’s most well-known crop.

Strawberry shortcake will be served in Mr. Washburn’s Kitchen from noon-7 p.m. or until it runs out, for $5. Ice cream making goes 2-4 p.m. with the homemade treat going for $5.
