The plans for the new church for Stamford Meeting Hall, a part of the Plymouth Brethren Christian Church, were first shown to the city's Environmental Protection Board Dec. 19.

Olsen, who has been a part of Stamford congregation since 1981, said Stamford Kingdom Hall members will hold the first meeting in the new facility Nov. 1.
