Not surprisingly, Venus is nicknamed “Morning Star” for when it’s visible before dawn in the east and “Evening Star” for when it can be seen in the west after dark.

The moon will be below Venus as well, but to the east. As such, this 'smiley face' will be tilted on its side, pointing toward the southeast, and not vertically oriented in the sky.
