WeightWatchers CEO Sima Sistani, who pushed the company into embracing weight-loss drugs, is leaving the position after a two-year stint.

SiMa.ai was founded in 2018, has raised $270M, and is backed by Fidelity Management & Research Company, Maverick Capital, Point72, MSD Partners, VentureTech Alliance, and more.

Sima Sistani, the 44-year-old CEO of WeightWatchers, is aware of this, and she recognized WeightWatchers had to evolve – or else. She knows she can’t beat Wegovy.

SiMa.ai is a machine learning startup founded November 2018 with the mission to transform and ignite the embedded Machine Learning (ML) edge market by overcoming the deficiencies of current solutions.
