The Komodo dragons, Thorn and Shruikan are 3-years-old, six feet long brothers bred in captivity and are currently on loan for the 2017 season from the Calgary Zoo.
During their time in Saskatoon, the pair put on some weight. “When the dragons first arrived, Thorn weighed 21.40 kg while Shruikan weighed 23.25 kg,” Sinclair-Smith said.
