NORWALK — The city plans to scale back testing at Shady Beach and decrease the frequency of COVID-19 updates amid a decline in overall infections, officials said.

Norwalk Deputy Fire Chief Stephen Shay said police and fire personnel were called to Canfield Avenue at 4 p.m. next to Shady Beach on a report of two women were shocked.
