SEVASTOPOL, October 18. /TASS/. Mikhail Razvozhayev, the governor of the Russian Black Sea port of Sevastopol, said the air attack on the city is over. "Air raid over," he said on Telegram.

One of the few viable options open to it is to use the warm water port of Sevastopol. Russia needs access to this port to guarantee access of its ships to the Atlantic Ocean and the Mediterranean Sea.
