Brothers Tony and John Pierce opened Gateway Games in Ukiah after being inspired by the nostalgia of older video games. Now, they’ve opened a site in one of Santa Rosa’s biggest shopping malls.

Locals launched the “Save the Cal” campaign in 1974 to protect Santa Rosa’s historic California Theatre from demolition. Now it’s a shopping mall.
