The S25 Ultra features a 6.9-inch AMOLED panel, slightly larger than the S22 Ultra’s 6.8-inch edge screen. Unfortunately, charging speeds and battery capacities remain unchanged from the S22 Ultra.

Samsung has made some notable upgrades in the S25 Ultra’s camera system. The 200MP main sensor is retained but now benefits from better processing and low-light improvements.
