Saguaro National Park is located on both sides of downtown Tucson: The Rincon Mountain District, about 20 miles east of downtown, and the Tucson Mountain District, about 15 miles west of downtown.

Since 1993, the trust has played a role in securing more than 2,300 acres in and around the national park, most of it in Saguaro’s Rincon Mountain District on the east side of Tucson.
