UPDATED: June 13, 2025 at 12:56 PM EDT Baltimore jurors erred by awarding too much money to the city in its verdict against two drug manufacturing titans last November, a judge ruled Thursday.
Baltimore now has until August 8 to decide whether it will accept a reduced settlement from a verdict against two drug distributors or accept a new trial, according to the Baltimore Banner.
