SACRAMENTO – Sacramento City Council approved an upgraded camera system as it looks to crack down on illegal dumping. The city hopes new cameras will mean more people getting caught in the act.

HAVE NOT BEEN CONFIRMED. AN INVESTIGATION IS UNDERWAY AFTER THE BODY OF A MAN WAS FOUND IN THE SACRAMENTO RIVER. SACRAMENTO FIRE SAYS THE BODY WAS FOUND NEAR THE FREEPORT MARINA ON FREEPORT BOULEVARD.
