The Glazers, who have lived in Palm Beach since 2002, have invested more than $15 million in developing the new cultural arts center at the Royal Poinciana Playhouse, which has been closed since 2004.

The J.P. Morgan Financial Center in Palm Beach is one of three new sites in Palm Beach County. The others are in Jupiter, at 300 S. U.S. Highway 1; and in Palm Beach Gardens, at 4506 PGA Blvd.

“I used to go to lots of shows at the playhouse, before the Kravis (Center in West Palm Beach) was built (in 1992),” Rampell said. “The parking lot was always packed (especially for matinees).
