The Massachusetts Department of Transportation (MassDOT) announced that crews will be conducting work on I-91 south on the bridge that passes over Route 5.

The driver, Matthew Lopez, was pulled over on Route 91, Massachusetts State Police said in a statement, because his Nissan SUV was not properly registered and had incorrect license plates.
