The George Hotel opens its doors to guests on Friday. The boutique waterfront hotel will sit at 615 Front St., next to the So Co Grille restaurant, and feature 56 bedrooms and suites.

The D.C. hotel took the Rosewood flag in 2016. The 49-room hotel traded hands that year for $65 million — an astounding $1.3 million per key.
