Rocky Creek Bridge resumes two-way traffic as repairs along Highway 1 near completion - MSNMonterey County’s famed Rocky Creek Bridge on state Highway 1 has fully reopened to traffic again after being closed for more than a year because of a slipout on the coastal side of the highway.
Rocky Creek is located 12 miles south of Carmel. The slip-out occurred just south of Rocky Creek Bridge on Highway 1 – post mile 60 – resulting in the undermining of the southbound lane.
