Robert Morris, 63, surrendered to officials in Osage County, where he was charged last week with five counts of lewd or indecent acts with a child, according to the Oklahoma Attorney General's Office.

Morris said the sexual encounters happened on "several occasions over the next few years" and were "brought to light" in March 1987—which confirmed Clemishire's timeline of events.
