Update: Wednesday, December 25, at 7:43 a.m.: Thousands of Texans are waking up on Christmas morning without power after severe storms blew through North Texas on Christmas Eve.

LAREDO, Tex. (KGNS) - Power is back on for customers near east Highway 59 after an outage Tuesday morning, June 24. According to AEP Texas, a fuse on the power line was changed out to fix the problem.
