COLUMBIA, S.C. (WIS) - Richland County leaders made history Tuesday night after becoming the first and only county in the state to pass a hate intimidation ordinance.
Richland County passed a hate crime ordinance on June 3, becoming the first county in South Carolina to do so. The state is one of two without a hate crime law.
