The resurrection of Christ is God’s confirmation and seal attesting to the truth of Christ’s claims about himself and the efficacy of Christ’s death as an offering for our sins.

Those traditions had their place. But Resurrection Sunday is more than festivity, it is sacred. It is a declaration that our Savior lives, and that nothing, not even the grave—could hold Him down.
