The Ohio County Emergency Management Agency has a new water rescue tool in its arsenal thanks to the donation of an underwater-capable drone from WVU Medicine Wheeling and Reynolds Memorial hospitals.

Now, the first responders have a new tool on hand that will make it much safer and easier. The underwater ROV is essentially an underwater drone that can go several hundred feet deep.
