"A tornado outbreak with the potential for strong to intense tornadoes is possible on Monday," warns the National Weather Service Storm Prediction Center (SPC) — and Minnesota, Iowa and Wisconsin are in the bullseye of where the tornadoes could occur.

"It is worth repeating - Monday is likely to be a dangerous weather day," says the National Weather Service in the Twin Cities.

Monday's severe weather moving through Minnesota is creating dangerous conditions. According to the National Weather Service, a tornado was observed near Fairmont, Minnesota on Monday afternoon. The federal agency says it also received "multiple tornado reports" near Winnebago in Faribault County.
