They are the first piglets for their parents, “Koka” and “Cantaloupe.” The Memphis Zoo has kept Red River hogs since 2003, totaling 18 piglets over the years. The last birth was in 2016.

Two red river hog piglets, a boy and a girl, were born August 18 at the zoo. The piglets can now be seen outdoors at the Habitat Africa! The Forest.
