A 16-year-old high school student was arrested by police Friday morning in Commerce City after officers responded to the school on a report of a student with a gun.

About 60 Munster High School students, five teachers and several administrators participated in the drill, each involved in simulating a real emergency for the first responders to react to.

A student at Lester Arnold High School in Commerce City was arrested after he brought a "very realistic looking airsoft gun" to school Friday morning, Commerce City police said in a news release.
