Per the latest reports, the Raptors could move away from their No. 9 spot in the NBA Draft and could acquire Brooklyn Nets forward Cam Johnson, which could open the door for them to land Antetokounmpo instead.

The Toronto Star’s Doug Smith reports that Antetokounmpo and the Raptors have “mutual interest” and could be a good match in a potential trade. Smith did qualify the report by adding that the odds are “long” that the Raptors will outbid the bevy of teams looking to acquire a star player of this quality.

But Antetokounmpo is at the peak of his career, giving thought to the possibility of him asking out. While nothing has been settled yet, there have already been a handful of teams linked to the former league MVP.
