Prince William County, Virginia, leaders are set to move forward with a plan to help people safely cross a busy stretch of U.S. 15.

One of the drivers involved in a serious wrong-way crash in Prince William County over the weekend has died. The other driver was seriously injured, but expected to be OK, police said.
