On Sunday, the Pride Parade will begin at 9:30 a.m. The parade route will be in the downtown and Capitol Hill areas, causing a number of temporary road closures from 7 a.m. to noon.

That’s west of Corona Street or east of York Street, RTD officials said. On Sunday, the Denver Pride Parade will kick off at 9:30 a.m., prompting detours and delays for at least 14 RTD bus routes.

The Denver Pride 5K is scheduled to take place from 8 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. on Saturday. The 5K will go through areas like Cheesman Park, which will be temporarily closed to vehicles.
