The Spirit can seem very elusive, but he doesn’t need to be. The Holy Spirit is as accessible to us as the Father and the Son and Christians should readily turn to him in prayer and supplication.

For me, I take a deep breath and spend a moment—maybe just a second or two—asking the Holy Spirit to guide my speech and infuse my words with wisdom, kindness and mercy.
