Mail theft is a growing problem across the CSRA as thieves siphon off checks and cards to steal thousands. Five thieves have been caught, but that's small comfort for victims.

A temporary post office solution has stretched into a six-month inconvenience for Cedar Key. Residents have been relying on a mobile mail truck since Hurricane Debby flooded the post office in August.
