NORTH BERWICK took a big stride towards the Scottish Hydro East One title on Saturday with a win over nearest rivals Portobello.

Portobello prop forward Cristian Maluk scored a try just before the final whistle to secure a bonus-point win for his team against Forrester on Saturday in RBS East One.

CRIEFF and Strathearn's P6 and P7 teams took part in the IRB Festival of Rugby at Murrayfield last weekend.
