According to a release, ISP began transitioning to the Durango police package vehicle from the Dodge Charger in May 2023 and has ordered a total of 516 vehicles (approximate value of $25.8 million).
The department ordered 516 Dodge Durango SUVs with a total value of $25.8 million. So far, 219 of those vehicles have been assigned to patrol duties statewide.
