DAVENPORT, Iowa (KWQC) - A group of protesters gathered in downtown Davenport for a “Hands Off” protest Saturday. The protest began around 11 a.m. at MLK Park and Interpretive Center.

Timothy Milburn, of Davenport, won the first $100,000 top prize in the Iowa Lottery’s newest scratch game. Milburn purchased his winning “20X” scratch game at the Hy-Vee at 4064 E.
