The Planet Fitness was closed for about three hours while a Michigan State Police bomb-sniffing dog was brought in to search for potential explosives, according to the Saginaw News.

To celebrate, Planet Fitness will host a grand opening celebration on Feb. 26 from 5:30 to 7 p.m. with free T-shirts for the first 50 raffle entries as well as giveaways and prizes.

The West Allis location, 901 S. 60th St., which was the last remaining Blast Fitness in Wisconsin, has also closed as of Aug. 24. Another Blast location in Brookfield closed in 2013.
