The Pittsburgh Penguins make a trade with the Vancouver Canucks, sending Chase Stillman and pick to acquire goaltender Arturs Silovs. Silovs is a 24-year-old 2019 sixth-round pick.

Rutherford’s Vancouver Canucks, themselves dealing with a surplus of goaltending at the NHL and minor-league levels, dealt goaltender Arturs Silovs to the Penguins on Sunday afternoon. In return, the Penguins are sending a 2027 fourth-round NHL Draft pick and prospect Chase Stillman to the Canucks.

The Penguins shored up the goaltending position, acquiring Arturs Silovs from the Canucks in exchange for forward Chase Stillman and a 2027 fourth-round pick.
