The shores of Marco Island are its calling card, featuring pristine white sand, bountiful shells akin to the ones found on Sanibel Island, and water warm enough to swim in year-round.

The city of Marco Island will host a fireworks display at around 9 p.m., July 4. The display will launch from a barge between Tigertail Beach and South Beach, according to a press release.
