American Airlines announced three new routes at Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport: Fort Myers, Florida: Daily seasonal service from Nov. 20-Dec. 3 and Dec. 18-Jan. 6, 2026.

As of Dec. 17, at least 50 million people have traveled through the Phoenix airport in 2024. It's a new record, surpassing the 48.6 million passengers in 2023.
