A former Pepsi bottling plant in Spartanburg SC's Southside could be leased as business space after $1-2 million rehab, per Atlas Real Estate Advisors.

The former Pepsi plant at 729 S. Church St. sold for just over $2 million on May 8, according to public property records. Two companies, 729 VAD LLC and Atlas Management LLC, now co-own the property.
