The coffee shop wanted to let customers vent if they needed to and make their day better by providing a free drink. One customer even donated $500 to Penny Lane Coffeehouse to show their support.

An Evansville coffee house is opening a second location to serve more Tri-State residents.

Lasha Takalandze and Megi Endeladze are from Georgia, the country, and have opened a roomy coffee-and-more shop called Penny’s Coffee Shop at 916 Main St. across from the Buffalo Medical Campus.
