As one of the more active teams in free agency during the offseason, the Detroit Red Wings have brought in multiple new players that will suit up for them in the upcoming 2025-26 NHL Season.

DETROIT – Patrick Kane spent much of his break soaking up the sun in Cabo. Sounds great, but he would have preferred working up a sweat for Team USA at the 4 Nations Face-Off.

"It's tough," Kane said of not being part of the Team USA's 4 Nations team. "You definitely want to be there, and you feel like you're missing out on some great hockey and great opportunity, too.
