Slide Guide gave the park an 8/10 rating for having lots of playground equipment and shade, but not many benches and no drinking fountains. And the old equipment is still being loved.

For this week's Slide Guide, we traveled to Kaukauna to check out that community's newest playground. La Follette Park, on a hill near the Fox River, has lots of nostalgia for area residents.

Located at the BSR Cable Park in Waco, Texas, the Royal Flush was completed in April and costs $15 to ride all day. The 16-foot pool the slide empties into has a clay bottom.

The Verruckt is the largest of its kind in the world. Scott Schwab said as soon as they got to the water park, Caleb and his 12-year-old brother, Nathan, headed straight for the famous Verruckt ride.
