Fillmore County Park in Brighton is slated to receive a new mountain bike trail by late fall. The park may also add a play structure, pavilion, and children's playscape if grant funding is secured.

Construction of the first trail began in December 2023 and was completed last year. The 0.62-mile Blue Trail is the more difficult trail and requires more experience to be ridden.
