Richard Seith was arrested on Friday evening at his home in Jensen Beach, and is facing a first-degree murder charge.

Now a West Palm-area man is headed to prison for life. Juan Viera and Alexander Garcia Rodriguez argued at a suburban West Palm Beach gas station late one night. A few hours later, Rodriguez was dead.

Palm Beach County deputies took Seith into custody at his home in the 2000 block of Northwest Windemere Drive with assistance from U.S. Marshals and the Martin County Sheriff’s Office.

A man accused of killing his ex-wife in Palm Beach County just days before her birthday was arrested on Friday, deputies said. Richard Seith, 53, was charged with premeditated first-degree murder.
