Morristown’s Oxbow Riverfront Park, heavily damaged in July flooding, is once again open to the public, and there are plans to make it a little more flood resistant.

Oxbow Park is tucked away at 6430 Corson Ave. S., among the deceptively utilitarian maze of Georgetown’s warehouses and industrial parks, emerging like a mirage across from a WSDOT parking lot.
