Apparently the pier had been built strictly for fishing purposes ... a sign stating what is happening at this section of the Outer Harbor – now and in the future.

Work on the breakwall at Buffalo Harbor State Park looks as if it will ... a new terminus overlook, and new fishing access points. This should be considered a “no brainer” project.
